As a small business trying to bring our customers the best products and service possible we make an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as they are placed, as well as invest in high quality materials and time to create these pieces. Because of the resources and time we take to get your product to you:
• Refunds are decided on a case by case basis. If the order was customized there will be no refund.
• Order cancellations, additions to your order, or item swaps are unavailable once an order is placed.
Although we try to never makes a mistake, if you received a damaged product or the wrong item we are happy to make it right. To replace the damaged or incorrect item:
• Please email us with your order number and the issue that needs attention.
• This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the item. Receipt of the item will be the date marked as “Delivered” by the U.S. Postal Service..
• Send us a email with your order # and image of the item to verify the item is in fact damaged.
• If the original item you ordered is unavailable we can issue you a store credit of equal value.
Please note, we do not cover the shipping back to us.
The majority of our items are hand made from folks all across the country, so shipping can take 7-10 days before an item is shipped, unless otherwise stated on the product page
